·PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kangwo Holding K27T series electronically controlled engine is a high performance electronically controlled engine designed for power generation equipment, ships and special machinery, which is independently developed and designed by Kangwo Holding. It refers to the current international advanced engine application technology.
Vermicular graphite iron cylinder block, cylinder head, diamond-coated pistons, piston rings, cylinder liners, large-flow oil pump and cooler are highly integrated modular design. The machine has high rigidity, strong vibration absorption, low noise, low emission, compact structure, high reliability, strong power, better intake efficiency, reliability and superior performance. Electrically controlled fuel control system is used with power coverage of 630-780KW, taking into account economy, reliability and higher emission standards.
• The cylinder head is made of vermicular cast iron with higher strength, better intake efficiency, lower noise, better reliability and performance.
• The cylinder block is made of vermicular cast iron with deep skirt and hollow cavity. It is symmetrically designed with uniform force and high strength.
• The crankshaft adopts high forging strength as a whole, forging connecting rod without machining stress, which improves the deformation of connecting rod big head hole, meets high explosion pressure and has high reliability.
• Internal cooling oil chamber piston is used to effectively reduce piston thermal load and prevent piston ring seizure.
• Diamond coating material, wet cylinder liner design, good cooling effect, high reliability, lower coefficient of friction.
• By improving the camshaft structure, the contact stress between cam and push rod is reduced, the wear of camshaft is reduced and the reliability is improved.
