PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The 10~5000kwdiesel and natural gas generator set is powered by seven series of power station diesel and natural gas engines of Kangwo Holding brand Z, N, F, S, J, G, T of Shandong Kangwo Holding Co., Ltd.

The standard configuration is "Kangwo Holding" brand brushless excitation generator, which is composed of generators and control panels of various domestic brands, and meets the gb2820 national standard. The power range unit can be equipped with automatic diesel engine protection device. If required, it can also be made into an emergency automatic unit, and the acoustic enclosure can be used to make a low-noise unit. The flexible configuration of this kind of products can meet the different needs of users.

CONTROL SYSTEM

•Manual/Stop/manual selection function.
•Start-up delay (3-5 seconds, adjustable).
•Stop delay (0-270 seconds, adjustable).
•Triple automatic starting function.
• Alarm indication: under/over speed, malfunction, low oil pressure, over current, failed starting, high water temperature, high oil temperature advance alarm, power-cut.
• Protective function: under/over speed, failed starting, low oil pressure, high water temperature, high oil temperature, over current.
 

For home and other circumstances, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is essential. ATS can automatically transfer load between the main power and the emergency (generator set) without operator. When the main power fails or voltage drops below 80% of normal voltage, the ATS will start the emergency generator set after a preset time of 0-10 seconds (adjustable) and transfer the load to the emergency power (generator set). On the contrary, when the main power recovers to normal, the ATS transfers the load from the emergency power (generator set) to the main power, and then stops the emergency power (generator set).
